I had an excellent experience at The Tire Spot. The staff was professional, knowledgeable, and got me taken care of quickly. They mounted and balanced my new wheels with no issues, and everything came out looking perfect. They treated my car with care, answered all my questions, and made the entire process smooth from start to finish. It’s hard to find a shop that does quality work at a fair price, but these guys delivered. If you need tires, wheels, mounting, balancing, or any tire-related service, I highly recommend The Tire Spot. I’ll definitely be coming back for future work. Thanks again for the outstanding service!

I had a misfortune of hitting some debris on I-65 just north of Mobile, while returning home from a vacation with my wife and kids. My sidewall on the rear tire was busted. BMWs don't have spares, most tire shops were closed for the weekend (5pm on a Saturday), and no shop around seemed to have my size in stock. A passer by gave me Tire Spot's business card, and I decided to call them, not hoping to get anything done, and being mentally prepared to spend a couple of extra days in Alabama... The guys were amazing! First, they worked late on a Saturday, and even agreed to wait for me, until I arrived with a tow truck. Second, they happened to have a used tire of the same size, which at least could allow me to get home, before taking care of a proper replacement. Third, the customer service was top-notch. About an hour after my unplanned arrival, I was on the road again! Thank you guys, you are lifesavers!

This service was amazing! We are from out of town on a road trip and got a flat tire from hitting a pot hole. We pulled off an exit and contacted the shop who called back within minutes. They found an uncommon tire for our BMW and pulled up in their mobile van within 30 minutes. He has a used tire, but still had good treads, and got us back on the road in 30 minutes. Other tire stores open on a Sunday did not have the tire available for days. Highly recommend calling this place first for your tire needs! We are blown away by how efficient and affordable this service was!
